The fifth installment in a six-part leadership series, this 60-minute course focuses on the discipline required for commitment to interdependency—the foundation of effective, high-performing teams. The social and emotional factors that underlie motivation and action are examined. Models for building trust inside the team framework are offered along with strategies for using that trust to foster spontaneity, creativity and productivity within professional environments.
