This 60-minute course kicks off a six-part series and introduces the topic of leader effectiveness as an interdependent model. Key elements of influence are explored including personal and situational awareness, the ability to bring influence to bear on people and organizations, and the acceptance of responsibility and commitment to the duties of leadership. Through lively commentary and anecdotes, the importance of seeking and giving constructive feedback are examined in the context of the leader's key role.
