The second installment in a six-part leadership series, this 60-minute course covers the developmental nature of professional growth and explores the relationship between an individual engaged in skill acquisition and the responsibilities of the supervisor mentor or coach. Mirroring the tradition of the guild hall, this presentation guides participants through the four stages of development from novice to master. Feedback and direction are presented as critical components in an individual's development to high performance.
This course is presented in high definition video and is available on computers, smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices.
