This 75-minute seminar describes the times of transition in an entrepreneurial architect's career. Architect and management consultant Rena Klein provides poignant advice and practical tools to help firm leaders navigate through the signficant changes that inevitably occur in a firm's lifecycle.
To be prepared, leaders must develop an awareness of external big-picture trends and stay attuned to internal guideposts. Through case studies and anecdotes, course-takers will gain knowledge on how to take a firm to the so-called "next-level", reevaluate long-standing partnerships, initiate ownership transitions, and understand options when approaching retirement.
