This course meets the requirements for Net Zero Carbon Design for California license renewals and is provided gratis to AIA members courtesy of AIA California. This course also qualifies for GBCI credits (self-reporting).

Non-AIA members can purchase this cost for $35 or buy a ZNCD Passport for $90 and select up to 4 courses to meet the required 5 hours for license renewals.

Each California microregion has different materials available and differing weather parameters that effect the placement and curing of concrete. This session discusses and showcases a variety of strategies for providing and specifying low embodied concrete on architectural projects. A panel of experts provide an overview of successful strategies in California through various case studies.

Upon successful completion of a multiple-choice quiz, a Certificate of Completion will be available for download and can be used to verify your licensure requirements and for self-reporting GBCI credits.
