Course release date: February, 2016.

In this 60-minute course, filmed live at the AIA California Council's 2015 Monterey Design Conference, Carme Pinós illustrates how understanding a site’s context enabled her to express buildings’ structures and create site-responsive and sculptural building designs. With her passionate Spanish accent and command of the stage, Carme becomes part of her own slide show, magically revealing how “rules of design” can be formed by client needs, climate and structural necessity and result in bold buildings in both urban and rural environments.

This course is presented in high definition video and is available on computers, smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices.
