Course Preview
This 75-minute continuing education seminar describes the times of transition in an entrepreneurial architect's career and provides tools to help firm leaders navigate through the signficant changes that inevitably occur in a firm's lifecycle. Architect and management consultant Rena Klein provides poignant and practical advice to help firm leaders prepare for and develop an awareness of external big-picture trends and to stay attuned to internal guideposts - actions and attitudes that will result in a work-life of meaning, satisfaction, and security. Case studies show how to take a firm to the so-called "next-level," reevaluate long-standing partnerships, initiate ownership transitions, and understand options when approaching retirement.
