CalGreen 2010 Sustainability Code (AIACC)
This 3-course series provides an overview CALGreen, the new 2010 California Green Building Standards Code effective January 2011 and then delves into detail into the mandatory measures and volunteer Tier 1 and 2 standards for both residential and non-residential measures. For those familiar with green building principles or existing rating systems, the course clarifies CALGreen requirements and discusses new requirements for water conservation, construction waste, low-emitting materials and building commissioning. For those new to green practice, the course highlights practical and achievable strategies to enable you to understand and design with the new code requirements.
