Accessibility 2012/2013 (AIA California)

Stay current on the latest accessibility codes and guidelines as you watch these engaging video courses delivered by your peers. This new 4-course series provides guidance on the latest accessibility codes and standards including the California Building Code (CBC), the 2010 American with Disabilities Act (ADA, the International Building Code (IBC) and the Uniform Fair Housing Standards (UFHS).

These courses meet the requirements for California license renewal 's licensure for accessibility (SB 1608 and California Business and Professions Code Section 5600.05).

These courses are presented in high definition video and are available on computers and most smart phones, tablets and mobile devices.

Accessibility: Existing Buildings ($35 AIA members, $50 non-members)
Accessibility: Multi-Family Dwellings ($35 AIA members, $50 non-members)
Accessibility: Path of Travels ($50 AIA members, $75 non-members)
Accessibility: Public Buildings ($50 AIA members, $75 non-members)
